hiiiiiiii!
let,
(x-1)/x2-2x+3 = y(where y  R)
 
yx2-x(2y+1)+(3y+1)=0
this is a quad eq in x.
but as yR the roots of the eq should b real.
hence
(2y+1)2 -4y(3y+1)0
-8y2+10
 -1/22  y  1/22.
which is the range of the above eq.
