 Look here the loss in kinetic energy is the gain in potential energy.....so
 
here the gain in PE is mgH (vertical distance) which is the 0.2 (radius)
+ ).2 sinA........here A is the angle which the radius at any genereal point
 
 makes with the radius.....so its vertical component will be 0.2 sinA 
 
which has to be added to the radius to get the total.....vertical distance
 
which it will cover.....H = 0.2 + 0.2 sinA.....just imagine the radius at any
 
pt making angle A with the vertical then it will be very clear......
