Well A will go higher as for it the deceleration would be lower.
Let say the force of Drag (Air resistance) is - D
Now by Newtons second law F = ma
Hence,
Retardation of A = (D + mAg)/mA = (D/mA + g)
Retardation of B = (D + mBg)/mB = (D/mB + g)
So clearly retardation for B is greater than that for A and hence it will climb to a lesser hight
