This ca b possible only when total internal reflection takes place at all angles at all surfaces.This can b possible when the critical angle becomes 0.
This can b achieved if the first medium is so denser that its refractive index becomes infinite.Then
critical angle will tend to 0.But this is impossible in real case as infinite index means that velocity of sound in the medium is zero.
This is very near to an opaque object.
