the pd btn the resistors is 10.8v... so pd across 3ohm resistor is 3.6v.... now the charge on each (series) capacitor is 7.2c... so pd across 1st capacitor is 7.2v.....so finally the pd across the points is 3.6v(+ or -).....RATE ME IF IT IS CORRECT.....
