Yes it is. Colligate means aggregation or link togather.

Now if u look at the definition then

       Properties of the dilute solution which depends entierly upon the number of solute particles (molecule or ion) contained in aknown volume of the given solvent and not at all upon the nature of the solute (ie constitution and chemical composition) are called COLLIGATIVE PROPERTY.

Now the properties such as
1. Relative lowering of V.P
2. Elevation in B.P.
3. Depression in Freezing point
4. Osmotic pressure
are termed as colligative property in the sense that Knowing the value of one of the properties the others can be determined as they entirely depend upon the no. of solute particle present in the solution. So, it can be concluded that they r interlinked.
