Lets find Vrms for 0 to T/4 and that will be V rms.
Vrms^2 = (4/T)
[ 0]
[T/4 ]
(4Vot/T)^2dt=(4/T)*(4Vo/T)^2*(T/4)^3/3
=(4*16/64/3)*Vo^2
So Vrms = Vo/sqrt(3)
So Kislay is right
