Let P be (x,y) movin such that PAB is always 9
 
 Area of a triangle = 1/2 |x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y1)+x3(y1-y2)|
                       9 = 1/2 | 5(-2-y) + 3(y-3) + x(3- - 2)
                       18= |-10 -5y +3y -9+5x|
                        37 =5x - 2y or 1=  5x - 2y
