dialysis is the process of purifying a colloidal solution by means of diffusion thru a semi permeable membrane.

persistent dialysis means dialysis is done continuously for a long time.

hardy shulze rule says that the coagulating power of an electrolyte is directly proportional to fourth power of its valency.i.e more the charge on the ion more is the coagulating power.electrolyte here means mostly aq. solution of a salt eg:aq.solution of NaCl,KCl,CuSO4 etc.
