Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIITEE) Eligibility Criteria:
If you want to be part of one of the most reputed entrance exam in Orissa that KIITEE Engineering exam (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Exam) , you must go through KIITEE eligibility qualification.
Qualification Criteria in KIIT UNDERGRADUATE COURSES:
3.1) For B.Tech.(4years)/B.Tech & M.Tech-Dual Degree (5years)/B.Tech & MBA-Dual Degree (5years) Course:
Candidates applying for B.Tech.(4years),B.Tech& M.Tech-DualDegree(5years)& B.Tech & MBA-Dual Degree (5 years) Course should fulfill the following criteria.
1.) Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination in 2009,2010 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2011 are only eligible to apply for B.Tech (4 years), B.Tech&M.Tech-Dual Degree(5 years),B.Tech&MBA(5years) course of the University.
2.) Should have studied in regular full time formal education in their schooling / college.
3.) Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
4.) B.Tech & M.Tech(Dual Degree)Biotechnology, Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in physics,chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.
5.) Should have born on or after 01.07.1990.
3.2) For B.Tech.-LE (3 years):
Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state Or equivalent. Candidates having Diploma in any dicipline are eligible to be admitted to any discipline based on merit list.
The Kalinga University (KIITEE) sets KIIT entrance pattern for different courses in its curricullum.
**Qualification Criteriafor MBA Courses : The candidate must have passed engineering, technology, agriculture, or medicine bachelors degree exam with minimum 55% marks.
KIITEE Admission Policy:
Candidates from Orissa, who are seeking admission in UG/PG degree courses (B.Tech (4years),B.Tech & M.Tech-Dual Degree(5 Years), B.Tech & MBA-Dual Degree (5 Years), B.Tech (lateral Entry),BBA/BCA (3 Years), MCA(3 Years), MBBS(4 1/2 Years), BDS (5 Years), B.Sc.Nursing (4Years) can get admission through KIITEE-2012.
In post-graduate courses M.Tech (2 Years) can take admission through GATE/Sponsored by Industries/Departments/ KIITEE-2012 & also can take admissions through M.Sc.(Biotechnology)(2 Year), M.Sc. (Applied Microbiology)(2 years),Biotechnology–Dual Degree B.Tech. / M.Tech.) (5 years),Bachelor of Film & Television Production(3 years), BA.LLB,BBA LLB, B.Sc. LLB (5 years),Master of Law (LLM) (2 years),Bachelor of Fashion Design (4 years) & Ph.D./PDF through KIITEE-2012 & Personal Interview / presentation.
