The simple thing that we all can learn from this simple record of events is that if a man of Abraham Licoln's stature could have so many defeats and failures, then we all can have them. The only way to get rid of all these failures is a positive attitude and to go and meet them headlong never being afraid of defeats as we all know that the best way of defence is to attack.
