Well thses r only d teacher who taught me....the rest faculty is as good ....some more outstanding teachers having B.techs from IIT delhi and other IITs....

well....4 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel
mess,barber shop,general store etc within hostel area...two canteens one in hostel block and other near acad block...(this one is 24 hr)
1 audi,central library,all the reqd labs with latest equipment ...NKN and NPTEL(search them if you dont know what they are)..connected to all other IITs...
fully wi-fi campus(hostels incuded)...LANS in hostels....
virtual classrooms(fully airconditioned)....and well all other classrooms fitted with projectors and all the reqd stuff..
now for sports:
well if you are in IIT then You can be Part OF INTER IIT sports MEet search it if u wanna know more...
1cricket grd,1 hockey grnd,1 football grnd,3 lawn tennis courts,basketball court,table tennis,volleyball court,badminton court..sorry we dont have pool aur billiards...
Gym
music room and other things
also sorry we dont have swimming pool..but if u cant live without it than you can go dive into the canal arnd 100 m from campus...
now whatelse you require...Ohhh d fest...
well theres Zietgiest..our annual cultural FEst ..also we r planning to organise tech fest....
yeah and many clubs singing club,debate club,drama club....many of them...
Yeah you might be interested in foreign tie ups
Mous with Aston university ,Imperial College of london and one more i cant remember its name..
also recently Mou with Simon Fraser University for joint phd and student exchange..
Every year students go to UK in student exchange...
Well now the internships students have got internships in Microsoft(well it interned 3 from iit ropar (out of 40), 4 from iit delhi(out of 90)),nokia siemens,ericsson,Bell Labs banglore,hero honda and many others.......
i dont know what more to tell you....maybe now u might be satisfied and stop questioning new iits for heavens sake ...at least IIT ropar//
