In figure B, we have parallel connection of springs.
Whenever we have parallel connection of different springs then all springs will undergo same elongation and take up different masses.
Now as the springs are identical, all have same spring constants.
Suppose that it is k. Now k is inversely proportional to l.
Now T = 2pi Sqrt (m/k)
Thus T is proportional to k^-1/2
So T is proportional to l^1/2
So Ta/Tb = Sqrt (La/Lb) = Sqrt 3
So option A.
