Orissa Joint Entrance Examination (Orissa JEE) Counseling Schedule:

The Orissa JEE admission process & web counseling of Orissa JEE involve following eight steps as given below follows:

a.) Online registration
b.) Online choice filling
c.) Mock counseling
d.) Reporting at nodal center, payment of counseling fee, all documents verification and final choice locking & print out of final seat choice.
e.) Provisional Seat Allotment (Provisional round allotment)
f.) Part payment of Admission Fees at nodal centre.
g.) Up-gradation, if any and final allotment (Final round allotment)
h.) Reporting at the allotted Institute.

Note:

1.) In the nodal centre of VSSUT, Burla, the nodal centre operation excludes 06-08-2011 due to convocation.

2.) The candidates can do the online registration and choice filling up to the last date of reporting to Nodal Centre for document verification and choice locking.

Original Documents to Be Brought On the Day of the Orissa JEE Counseling:

(a.) Rank letter. (Mandatory)
(b.) Original Date of Birth Certificate / 10th certificate.
(c.) +2 Certificate.
(d.) +2 Mark sheet and 10th Mark sheet.
(e.) Diploma certificate (for Lateral Entry of Diploma Candidates)
(f.) Diploma Mark sheet (for Lateral Entry of Diploma Candidates)
(g.) +3 Certificate (For MCA, MBA, PGDM, PGCM, PGDM (Executive) & B.Sc. Lateral Entry)
(h.) +3 Mark sheet and +2 Mark sheet (For MCA, MBA, PGDM, PGCM, PGDM (Executive) & B.Sc. Lateral Entry)
(i.) B.Tech/ B.Pharm/B.Arch Certificate and Grade/Mark sheet for MTech/ M.Pharm.
(j.) GATE/GPAT card for MTech/MPharm.
(k.) NATA Score card for B.Arch
(l.) School / College Leaving Certificate.
(m.) Experience Certificate for candidates seeking admission to PGDM (Executive) program
(n.) Nativity Certificate in the prescribed form for candidates seeking admission against reserved category as mentioned in Para 1.
(o.) Relevant SC/ST Certificate in the prescribed form.
(p.) Green Card certificate in original for children of Green card holders.
(q.) Relevant certificate of Defence / Paramilitary service of candidate’s parent / spouse.
(r.) Relevant documents for NRI candidates.
(s.) Relevant documents for OL candidates.
(t.) Any other relevant certificate as mentioned in this Brochure.

All Engineering, Pharmacy, and most of the colleges offering MCA and MBA degree programs are either constituent or affiliated colleges of the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa, Rourkela except Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla which is a Unitary Technical State University. All the students to be admitted (except those to be admitted to Medical and BDS colleges), Pharmacy, MBA, DTE&T quota and MCA Courses in other Universities of the State, PGDM, PGCM, PGDM (Executive.) through OJEE 2012 will be registered students of the Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
