Counseling Procedure

Engineering Entrance , MANIPAL UGET (Engg)

Manipal University Under Graduate Entrance Tests (Manipal UGET) Counseling:

Candidates qualified in Manipal University Under Graduate Entrance Test (Manipal UGET) will be allotted seats according to their rank obtained and availability of seats in manipal UGET. Only the candidates whose ranks are mentioned in the manipal uget counseling schedule are required to attend the counseling schedule. If a candidate has unavoidable circumstances from being physically present for the counseling, he/she may authorize another individual to represent him/her at the counseling.

The choice of course made by the candidate / representative is final and cannot be changed later under any circumstances.

Ties will be resolved in the manner described:

The Net Average Score (NAS) obtained during the qualifying examination will be calculated. The tied candidates will be re-ranked on the basis of NAS.

Waiting List :

When all the seats in a given course/s of Manipal UGET are filled, candidates may choose to be wait listed. Such candidates are required to pay the fee for the degree course to which they are admitted. Failure to pay the fee will result in instantaneous forfeiture of the seat.
