acccording to ques
total perimter = 3x+2y=12
=> y= (12-3x)/2

now total area of window= area of 3angle+ ar rectangle
= root 3/4 x^2 + xy
=root 3/4 x^2 + x(12-3x)/2

for max area
d(area)/dx = 0
=>root3 x - 6x +12=0
=>x= 12/ (6-root 3)
bt y= 18-6 root 3/(6- root 3)
