cos # = 2.4 / 3 = 4/5 => # = 37 degrees now tan (180-$) = slope of the line = -3/4 => $ = 37 degrees therefore, the slope of the required line = tan @ = tan (90- $ - # ) = tan (90- 74) = cot 74 now u have the slope, and the point.. u can write the equation of the line :) |
