BP depends upon

molecular mass

polarity and hence the intermolecular attractions.

 

ie higher the molecular mass, greater the polarity then greater will be the intermolecular attractions, so more energy will be required to break the bonds and more will be BP.BP increase with increase in surface area too.

 

solubility depend upon the force of ineteraction, the molecular mass and the ability to form h- bonds. 

 

as the molecular part increases the hydrophobic part also increases and hence solubility decreases.
