Both the voltmetre will show different readings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to Faradays law as change in magnetic flux is not zero so it becomes a noncosevative field which now depends ON THE PATH.kirchoff's rule now no longer holds................ Hence first one shows 3V and other shows 2V.
