According to the question,
 
f(xi) should not be equal to yi, i.e. when u take f(x1) for example, then it can link with any other element except y1. And this applies for all the elments, so it is a case of dearrangement.
 
So applying the formula of dearrangement, the no. of one-one mapppings that can be obtained is,
                      = 5! (1/0! -1/1! +1/2! -1/3! +1/4! -1/5!)
                      = 44
