i think my prediction may be wrong .....in nuclear chemistry i've seen that the beta particles(electrons) move with 33-99% light velocity which acc to my thoery mustn't so i think the order is light velocity>escape vel. of el. > vel of el. in atmosphere> typical drift velocity......
