let the force of friction between the blocks be f and between the ground and the block be fg
f-fg=ma minimum force is when f is just equal to fg f=fg =3*10*0.1=3N this is the minimum force of friction to move the second block but here the first block will not move because max f=0.5*10=5N hope u got it rate if useful
