see answer to this question is whole area under the graph  shown below.......
 
 give some time to solve it..........
 
but if it is a mcq then u can easily solve it.............
 
find area under graph of single cycle(shown by yellow color)...........put n=1 in options given .........and that's it.......
 
area in single cycle is 7at2/8.....................
