both are wrong
see KE(max) = h(f - fo )=eV1
where f0 is the cut-off frequency,
now on increasing f to 2f, we have KE(max) = h(2f - fo )=eV2
thus its clear that its not doubled, so 2nd one is false,
nd saturation current doesnt depends on the frequency, but for the intensity it gets change, here also it will be changed, but we cant predict that if it will get doubled or not!!!!
