Let the slope of L1 be m ,then slope of L2 =-1/m

 Eq of L1 can be y = mx - a/m

L2 can be y =- 1/m - a(-1/m)^2        = y= -1/m - a/m^2

Put any one of the above equations into their respective parabola and get the value of m in terms of a.Then equate both lines.
