you continue from what the institute teaches u. But be damn serious to study , re-study the relevant concepts which r necessary to continue with what u r doing at the instt. For example, master at least newton's laws side by side. Do try to begin at the beginning.
2. is one and half year suficient for cracking iit ?
yes.
3. should i spare some more time for studies?
not necessary, in my opinion.
4. how study i plan my studies ?
plan it long term with a span of 1 & half yr.
5. how should i plan revison ?
once a week.
6. how should i know that i have reached jee level of conceptual understnding ?
when u will score marks in all india test series.
