yeah i 2 did it ive got it as 2Mg/k it may b confusing but see it due 2 wait of block d spring extends (ie as wait acts downwards of d block ) n then d sysm executes SHM n as v no dat extension is Mg/x but due 2 restoring force acting upwards compression takes place n hence it is Mg/k-(-Mg/k)=2Mg/k if u find it useful rate me
