Ka1 of H2SO4 is higher and its a very strong acid. So theres already a very high conc. of H+ ions. So now the further dissociation of the HSO4- is depressed due to common-ion effect. So the second dissociation is very small, and reaches equilibrium very fast. Hence Ka2 is very small, implying HSO4- is a very weak acid.

A diamond is merely a lump of coal that did well under pressure. So imagine how brilliant a human being can be by sustaining pressures of life. Be hopeful.. and fight till end.
