well its rite, it wont give optical nd tautomerism, u would be drawing the structure of the compount as

CH3----- CH----- NH2,
nd then u'll be drawing its respective keto-form......but the thing is this compond will not be in this form, but in its keto form only , as OH and NH2 both are on same carbon, which is quite unstable, its correct form will be

CH3----- C----- NH2,
