angle between the two intersecting lines can be found out as follows

tan  = 3/2     -    1/2

            1 + (3/2)(1/2)

 

to get tan theta as 4/7

find the intersection of the two lines to get it as 1,-1

 

now reflected line shud make same angle as incident line makes with the line 3x - 2y - 5=0 (property of reflection)

 

so take the line to be y = mx + c       (1)

solve (m - 3/2)/( 1+ 3m/2) = 4/7   (remember same angle)

to get m as 29/2

now using 1.-1 in eqn (1) u get the reflected line to be

y = 29/2x - 31/2
