well, it is not your fault. You should never rely on any coaching institute completely. You should have studied side by side. In fact, it is possible to crack JEE with self study. Well, there still are 100 days left, so make full use of them. You should be thorough with the theory, so all you have to do is practise problems. Your NCERT, ie, CBSE board preparation for Chemistry will be enough to get you 35-40/162 in JEE chemistry, so if you practise from some good book for like 2 weeks, you will be able to get the extra 30-40 marks and clear chemistry. Physics and maths - you will be able to make it if you have good concepts, and I assume you have so, coz your coaching sirs must have done something atleast, so just solve those problems, and then switch over to HC Verma, or DC Pandey... Don't waste too much time trying to solve one problem. In case you are stuck up, look at the solution, and assimilate it, as there is less time.
For maths, follow whatever book you are using... or if you don't have one, procure ML Khanna, as there are solutions to all the problems there. If you already have a book, well and good. So no use worrying...
There is hell a lot of time left... Study hard, and you'll be sleeping in the IIT hostel beds 5 months from today :)
