Yes, life is possible in other planets.
Maybe not in our solar system, but in other planets in other galaxies...
According to Panspermia ( hypothesis that "seeds" of life exist already in the Universe, that life on Earth may have originated through these "seeds", and that they may deliver or have delivered life to other habitable bodies.) when a big meteorite hit the earth billions of years back, it contained the first seeds of microbacterial life and thus began life.
So, panspermia proves life in other planets.
Well this is just my opinion on life in other planets
