dere cn be many strctures as stated above:
the criteria is dat the central atom shud be sp3 hybridized and the net resultant of the dipoles shud be 0. (ie the 4 odr attached atoms cn be same or of petty near electronegativity.....or the net resultant of dipoles shud cancel each odr...)
