2...which  is  an intrinsic property of a fluid...reynolds number or critical velocity?? in other words do we use reynolds number to find critical velocity or the other way around??  are  either  critical  velocity  or  reynolds  number  constant for  a given  fluid or do they depend upon the geometry of the problem??
