Hey,
 
since the distance is
|1-(-2 )+3-5|/(12+12+12)=1/ 3
now this is the perpendicular distance.
now along the vector(2i+3j-6k)would be the dot product
which  (1/3/3)(i+(-j +k).(2i+3j-6k)=7/3
