Ya @Konichiwa is correct check the question again
Is the quesn 
 l z - 3 + i l = l z - 2 - i l
or  
l z - 3 + i l = l - 2 - i l
If the 2nd option is correct then answer should be a circle.
But if its the 1st one then it will be  the perpendicular bisector  of AB.
