ok....take h to be zero(for reference pt)...now p+Dmv^2/2=constant....==> p=constant-Dmv^2/2
or if v changes p changes....now if v has to change then p will change as the fluid will accelerate...
and pressure in an accelerating fluid is given by dp/dx=(D)a
a=acceleration here D =density
