1st one is pretty simple:

cot x = t^2
-cosec^2x dx = 2tdt

dx = 2t dt/-(1+ cot^2 x)
or:
dx = 2t dt/-(1+ t^2 )


so:
I = tdx

use dx and then try to integrate,,
it is pretty simple now,,,,,

NOTE:
it is similiar 4 sqrt tanx also
this word is so small that it is a foolishness to hate anyone.
