A 5 KVA, 200V/400V, 50Hz, single phase transformer gave the following results
 
O.C test :200V : 0.7A :60W - LV side
S.C test :22V   : 16A :120W - HV side
 
Calculate the percentage regulation when supplying full load at 0.8 P.F lagging.
