trignometry sabka baap hai
first u have to study the basic part of trignometry which i think u hav studied upto 10th
trignometry can be involved in most of the chapters
and i think there is no harm leaving trignometry for 10 days or so and perfecting other subject
you can make a chart of formulaes and stick it at a place where u usually see and read them when u get time but even if u don't read their is no harm
so best of luck and stop worrying, everything will be fine
