Now you need integral roots, so obviouislly, the discriminant should come out to be a perfect square. But since 2 is in the denominator, the number also must be a multiple of 2.
 
=> The discriminant is an ODD perfect square.

  (where k is odd)
 
Given that n lies between 1 and 100, so we should be looking at perfect square
 
less than 400.  hence, perfect squares we want are
