you know, you may say that you cannot take 2 things out of nothing, but that is very much possible, and it happens all over the universe. In cold vaccum, in the absence of any other particle, it was found experimentally that pairs of particles and antiparticles appear out of nowhere and annhiliate each other all within a matter of a few microseconds. this phenomenon is explained by the theory of quantum electrodynamics, read wikipedia. this phenomenon also explains the fact that black holes emit radiation just like any other black body, when it is supposed to suck everything inside. on the event horizon (the border where light just escapes entering the black hole), pairs of photons created ( a photon is the antiparticle of itself) are separated and while one photon is sucked in, the other manages to escape and we observe it as the emission of rays. this data also proves the existence of such a phenomena. hope this provides a scientific answer to your question
