One of the most important differences is that magnetic field lines start from and end at the same point i.e. they form closed loops whereas the electric field lines start from the positive charge and end at the negative charge.

Also, magnetic field due to an isolated magnetic pole is not possible as no such 'single' magnetic pole exists, while electric field lines may emanate from an isolated positive charge.
