Updates :

There are 197 students to be placed this season.

Companies by the branch :
(This list is not exhaustive , more companies will be added as they register/as they are alloted dates)

Core Computer Science/Information Systems

-Microsoft
-Yahoo (took 1 this time at 7.63 lpa)
-Oracle (Consultancy Division)
-IBM

(Alll take other branches like EEE/EnI also)

-Satyam selected 87(out of 197!!) , at 3.6 pa for 1.5 year bond , 4.2 lpa for 3 yr bond
-Wipro selected 36 at 3.3lap
-Cognizant selected 50 at 3.3-3.5 lpa
-Accenture (interviews going on)
-Infosys (coming on 1st feb)

These companies are mass recruiters as a lot of students will not join them , as they'd be getting better jobs elsewhere.But these companies are a back up.

Already we have got 100%(more or less) placement within a week of the placement season beginning , thanks to these companies.

Last sem , 197 students received a total of 305 job offers , a lot of it coming from such companies.
