dont worry dude i hav d same problem but i solve it as follows:
if i sleep for 8hrs i cover my 2hrs between the day by either studying 1 hour more at night and 1 hr betn the day and if i couldnt then i atleast cover 1 hr
so dont worry if u sleep for 8hrs bcoz it is must,
but study during the day.
