Ur ans is correct but reason is wrong. How can there be resonance? Both +ve charge and F are on same C. The reason for stability is that the lone pairs of F do back bonding with empty orbitals of C to fulfill its electron deficiency and the back bonding is very effective becoz both C and F have 2p orbitals means same energy orbitals means very effective back bonding.
