It depends if P is in solid /gaseous state
if in solid state
 
2PH3(g)--> 2P(s) +3H2(g)
 100 ml                x
 
now by gay lussacs law we have
PH3:H2 =2:3...we dont consider P as it is solid
 
so Vol of H2 is 1.5*100=150 ml
change in vol=50 ml
