Well, if you are the relative of some MP or MLA then go and sue your school all you like.
BUT if you are not, I suggest you try to avert the paying of such a huge sum by negotiations with your parents and the authorities. Let your parents sort out the money angle. You concentrate only on your studies and study hard as very less time is left.
