  T2   =4 2L/g
therefore using differential we get
2$T/T = $L/L   (ALL OTHERS ARE CONSTANT , THEREFORE NO USE) 
NOW,
$L/L=2%
AND $T/T=($L/L)/2 = (2/2)% =1% (ANS)......................
