T = D + 0.010 / 60
 
D / 42 = D + 0.010 / 60
60 D = 42 D + 0.420
18 D = 0.420
D =0.070/3 = .0233 km
= 23.33 m
add 10 m as this is the extra distance covered by overtaking car.
33.33 m
